ABOUT THIS MANUAL
The UNIVERS End Users Manual was designed as a simplified guide to the
use and maintenance of a typical UNIVERS database. It is intended for use by
City, County, or Municipal employees who are charged with the task of operating
and maintaining an active installation of the UNIVERS Mass Appraisal System on
a day-to-day basis.
It is not
intended to replace the UNIVERS Users Manual, which is a much more
comprehensive guide to the background theory, design and initial setup of a new
UNIVERS database that would typically be used by CLT personnel at the site of
a mass revaluation project.
